Support services for devices are provided based on the specific issue encountered.

  • Full Refund: If our technician is unable to fully resolve the issue, a full refund will be issued.

  • Customer Dissatisfaction: If the client is not satisfied with the resolution or the operation of the device after support, they may request a full refund within 7 days of availing the service and making the payment.

    • Full Refund:

      • If the project has not been initiated.

      • If the initial design style has not been approved.

      • Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the upfront payment.

    • Partial Refund:

      • If the project is underway but not completed according to the agreed delivery policy or contract, a partial refund will be issued.

      • The refund amount will be calculated based on the proportion of work completed versus work remaining, as determined by  Intuits Pro.

    • No Refund:

      • If the project has been fully completed and uploaded to the server.

Logo Design & Brochure Design Refund Policy

Full Refund:

  • Applicable if the project has not been started.

  • Applicable if the initial design style has not been approved.

  • Clients may request a full refund under these circumstances.

Partial Refund:

  • If the project is not delivered according to the agreed delivery policy after approval of the initial design style.

  • The partial refund will be calculated proportionally to the work completed at the time of cancellation.

No Refund:

Once the project has been completed and delivered/uploaded, no refunds will be issued.

Additional Notes on Delivery Commitments

  • Full Refund: If the project has not been initiated by any assigned resource, including programmers, designers, content writers, SEO experts, or other staff.

  • Proportionate Refund: Based on the amount of work completed at the time the client chooses to cancel the order.

  • No Refund: For services already delivered.
